The four tennis courts at Lucido Park in Bernardo Heights close Monday, Sept. 14, for two weeks of resurfacing and windscreen replacement.
The Community Association of Bernardo Heights announced Thursday, Sept. 10, that the courts at 12698 Paseo Lucido will be shut down through Friday, Sept. 25. They are scheduled to reopen Saturday, Sept. 26.
Lucido Park is a private park for CABH members. Its courts are normally open 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, with reservations made online at yourcourts.com up to two days in advance.
Players looking for court time during the closure can head to Rancho Bernardo Community Park at 18402 W. Bernardo Drive, which offers six lighted public courts open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, according to the city of San Diego's parks department.
Residents with questions can contact CABH at (858) 451-3580 or [email protected]. The next CABH board meeting is Wednesday, Sept. 23, at 6 p.m. at the community center, 16150 Bernardo Heights Parkway.
